Kairi demonstrates how to make a Mickey Tie up Color Shirt. We all found the information on how to create these in www.disboards.com. There were lots of enjoyable making them and everything you will need is really a Tie up Color Kit, fully natural cotton shirt, ordinary oral floss, needle and also period. That’s awesome! Great job!
Wow Kairi!
A few weeks ago, we did tie die. It was very fun. Although once we all finished with the gloves everyone was blowing into them to make a fat hand..
excellent instructions, Kairi. You make a great teacher.
You should do that with the kids at your summer camp. I went to a summer camp when I was about 7 or 8 so it was 1979 or 1980. We made tye-dye t-shirts and I loved it. I also used it to start a small local business making custom tye-dye shirts for bands when I was in highschool.
They will have so much fun and you never know what one of them might do with that one small activity you showed them when they get older. =)
